Comprehensive Physical Exam
A Comprehensive Physical includes 1 hour with your physician for physical evaluation, review of health history and risk factors. It also includes a vision screening, urinalysis and colorectal screening. Lab panels and additional testing will be ordered based on your specific needs, evaluation and risk factors, and will not be included in the charges for the comprehensive physical. Other tests that may be ordered include an EKG, Boston Heart Panel, Strat screening for Depression, Anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and Apifiny screening for Prostate Cancer in males.
Hormone Replacement Consultation
The Consultation for Hormone Replacement Therapy includes 30 minutes with your physician for evaluation and screening for hormone replacement therapy. Your physician will discuss the risks and benefits of HRT based on your specific health history and symptoms. Labs are drawn at this time and results will be called to you within the week with a plan for your treatment if any is indicated.
Hormone pellet procedure
This is a 30 minute sterile procedure performed by the physician. These pellets, which are smaller than a grain of rice, are placed in the fatty tissue underneath the skin of the patients gluteal area and most closely mimic the actions of healthy ovaries and testicles with regard to hormone release into the bloodstream. The hormone pellet implantation procedure is easily performed in the office.
Chronic Disease Management
Chronic Disease Management involves a 30 minute evaluation and continuation of therapy. These include Anxiety, Depression, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Thyroid Disorders and other Non-Acute conditions. May incur additional lab fees.
Follow up or Medication refill
Patients may schedule this visit if they're in long term therapy such as ADD medication requiring follow up every 3 months.
Sports Physicals
For uncomplicated physicals necessary for children under age 18 to compete in school sports.
